The Kuwait Towers are located in Kuwait City. They stand on the promontory to the Persian Gulf. The Kuwait Towers are a group of three needle-shaped constructions, which were inaugurated in March 1979. – they are a symbol and landmark of modern Kuwait. The Kuwait Towers have been closed to the public since March 2012 for maintenance.
